General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

Distance selling of art prints and decorative objects by EI NOLTRIO.

2. Prices

In euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI. Delivery costs calculated at checkout.

3. Order & 4. Payment

Order validated after secure payment (Shopify Payments / Stripe; Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

5. Delivery

Production 1–3 days, then delivery 2–5 days (see Shipping Policy).

6. Right of withdrawal (ord. n°2026-2)

14 days from receipt, without justification. In accordance with articles L.221-21 and D.221-5, a free online withdrawal feature "Cancel the contract here" is available (see Withdrawal page); a dated acknowledgement of receipt is sent on a durable medium.

7. Returns & refunds

Refund within 14 days following withdrawal, using the original payment method. Return costs are at your expense unless the product is defective.

8. Legal guarantees

Guarantee of conformity (art. L.217-3 et seq. Consumer Code) and hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. Civil Code).

10. Consumer mediation

11. Applicable law

French law. General Terms and Conditions of Sale available in French and English; in case of discrepancy, the French version shall prevail for consumers residing in France.
